Safe Food 101 provides food safety education for the hospitality, healthcare, and childcare industries, including restaurants, bars, hotels, hospitals, daycare facilities, schools, and cottage food entrepreneurs. We offer professional instructional training throughout Illinois, serving the Greater St. Louis Metro East Area, as well as Southern, Southwestern, Eastern, and Central Illinois.
Our classes are available both as independent online studies and in classroom settings. Classroom training blends the ServSafe curriculum with real-life experience from our culinary-trained executive staff.
