Welcome to Safe Food 101.  Safe Food 101 provides food safety education for the hospitality, healthcare, and childcare industries; including but not limited to restaurants, bars, hotels, hospitals, daycare facilities, schools, and cottage food entrepreneurs. Safe Food 101 provides professional instructional training in Illinois serving the Greater St. Louis Metro East Area, Southern, Southwestern, Eastern and, Central Illinois. Classes are offered online as an independent study and in a classroom setting. Classroom training is blended with real-life experiences and knowledge from the culinary trained executive staff at Safe Food 101 and the ServSafe curriculum.
