Public Classes
Safe Food 101 offers public group classes for the Certified Food Protection Manager Class. This class utilizes the ServSafe® Food Managers Certification Course that meets the requirements for the State of Illinois. If you are in a state other than Illinois, such as Missouri, classes are available, as Safe Food 101 offers the ServSafe® Certified Food Protection Manager Coures, which is a nationwide approved course.

This includes the online exam and handouts.
The certification test is conducted online using your own computer or tablet, this allows for you the student to obtain test results immediately upon completion of the test. Safe Food 101 does not provide a computer for examinees, you must provide your own.
