Public Classes
Safe Food 101 offers public group classes for the Certified Food Protection Manager Class. This class utilizes the ServSafe® Food Managers Certification Course that meets the requirements for the State of Illinois. If you are in a state other than Illinois, such as Missouri, classes are available, as Safe Food 101 offers the ServSafe® Certified Food Protection Manager Coures, which is a nationwide approved course.

Classroom Instruction / Online Testing
This includes the online exam and handouts.
The certification test is conducted online using your own computer or tablet, this allows for you the student to obtain test results immediately upon completion of the test. Must have basic knowledge and computer skills, such as setting up user accounts, logging into websites, using basic computer navigation of mouse (external or mousepad). Safe Food 101 does not provide a computer for examinees, you must provide your own.
NOTE: Tablets and mobile devices are not recommended.
